I had a little problem with a sensor which was repaired quickly by the technical service (I had to mention that the delay to get an appointment was a little longer than expected… almost 3 weeks).

Bought the car less than a year ago. Drove well and everything. On the road cleaned the windshield, noticed a crack. Thought it was from the temperature difference and the windshield fabrication problem. Came to the dealership, a guy looked at it with a pen, noticed something of less than 1mm: "Here is the point of impact, it was a rock, not our problem. Take this address, go there and change the window completely, it's completely on you."
Yeah, sure, great service guys, keep it up!

I called Mazda Chatel for one of their used cars on Wed and I mentioned that I was interested in the car. The guy named Marc-antoine assured me he would send me the detailed information regarding the car and I have never received anything. On Monday, I called back to do the follow up and they said that they have sold the car to someone this morning.
The level of their irresponsibility is unbelievable. I mean it was just sending an email and I lost another car at another dealership because of them.
I’m giving this place a 1 because a 0 isn’t possible.
I came in yesterday to pay for an oil change/filter replacement and car cleaning an the first woman who helped me was not only extremely unkind but as unhelpful as possible. My spouse usually takes our car to the garage but asked me to pick it up and I didn’t even know I needed to pay something, which wasn’t a problem at all, so I thought. I needed to pay for service for an amount of $300+ and didn’t have my card as I’m so accustomed to paying with things from my phone using AppleWallet however I know that when an amount is more the 200 or 250 dollars you must use your card. She tells me to go home and come back while offering no other solution like maybe splitting the payment in 2 which would be common sense to me. I call my spouse to make the payment over the phone because it wouldn’t make sense to drive far back home to get my card but the woman just really didn’t want to assist me AT ALL. I go to the front desk to ask her to call my spouse so that he’ll make the payment and she rudely brushed me off and said she had to leave cause her shift was over… -__- I’m not kidding! Now I understand French perfectly but it’s not my first language, lucky for her because I would’ve had some very pointed words for her. The second woman to help had a bit of confusion with their machine as she was new but I was patient as she was at least respectful and kind. We’ve had several issues with this place before due to the people here not knowing what their doing or missing issues with our vehicle that they should’ve seen but it’s safe to say I certainly will not be coming back to this establishment.
It doesn't matter who you talk to, they're all very nice and professional. I really liked my experience there!
They are a big liars, not recommended at all, they say something and you discover later all hidden facts. …
